The smart biceps machine allows the user to do exercise in a smart manner which provides the user; comfort and knowledge as well. The smart biceps machine can generate the electricity on every repetition and can store those charges in a battery for later use and can glow the bulb or other gadgets that makes the extra expenses in gym. Also can care the user that allows to keep on track and aware of how many power generated on a repetition will now shows on LCD Screen as well heart beat sensor placed to get user to aware of their health issues. Self-instructor provides the user to do itself exercise whether he or she could be a new user to the gym that alarms the system if the position angle displaced from the desired angle position for corrected angle position. User should keep on track with motivation and feel free to do repetition without worry of forgetting the counting it counts every repetition and display it on LCD Screen.
Project ObjectivesDuring exercise, the human energy is being wasted in a form of sweat without utilization of any useful work. Gadgets used in gyms increases the expenses like; music player, charging booth are common in gym but also, some other have television, air conditioners and so on. The simple machine does not have potential to cover all other extra expenses but to cover all these until the addition of some extra work. Also some users forget the counting of their desired repetition goal as well as some new of them need trainers to do exercise correctly and pay extra for it. Our aim is to utilize every equipment used in gym that collectively works and store the charges in battery. The more gym equipment utilizes the more power we can generate. As well as to modernized the equipment making it smart.
Project Implementation MethodThe mechanism attached to the machine that transform To and Fro motion to completely pure circular rotation using chain sprocket mechanism. Flywheel attached to increase the moment of inertia for continuous spinning and gears are also attached to increases the rotation in order to run the alternator in continuous motion that produces electricity. On every repetition, some amount of charges generates and the battery will store those charges for later use. And different sensors also attached to the mechanism for making it smart.
Benefits of the ProjectThe several key benefits are; the mechanism creates the toque to the system but during exercise, the user unable to feel the extra toque that created by mechanism and the power generated from every repetition will store in a battery. Also, covers the extra expenses that targets the gadgets used in gym. The sensors can do the counting of every repetition and display it to the LCD screen and not to remember the counting but to keep focused on motivation. As well as, now new user will keep on track and no need to pay extra for trainer the buzzer alarms the user to do the correct angle repetition. Also, user can see the amount of power generated of each repetition on LCD screen. User can now able to see their heart beat on LCD Screen during exercise.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableMechanism attached to the machine will generate the power on every repetition and will store those charges in a battery. A Sensor that limits the angle for corrected workout and buzzer the alarm if the user will not do the corrected angle repetition also counts the number of repetition that user do while exercise. A sensor placed to check the user heart beat and the power generated on every repetition will show on LCD Screen.
