The project is a basic robotic vechile capabile of maneuvering in the messy ward situations of the hospitals. The project is desined for saftey of health workers and doctors by performing small chores like giving medicine to patients.
This robotic vechile will go to every bed in the isolation ward or the beds of corona patients and give them thier rescpective medicine at the already set times.
Project ObjectivesAs we all can observe the world is in center of pandemic.
This project is desingned to give a saftey prospect to our doctors,health workers and paramedical staff. These are the ones who are exposed to a great danger and are of top most value in current situation.
The main objective of this project is to provide assistance and saftry to our saviours so that they can work more easily.
Project Implementation MethodThe project is implemented using sensors and microcontrollers.
The robot will navigate in a fixed map enviorment and would be able to avoid any obstacle in it's way with help of input from sensors placed on it. Micro controller is used to drive motors for the movement of the robot in a room and to drive the motors for it's movement.
stepper motors will be used for the purpose of pill disppensing. The robot will scan a bar code and with the help of that it will the patient his/her respective medicine.
Benefits of the ProjectThere are many benifts of this project. It brings a most important factor of satey for our doctors in these challenging times.
after the pandemic the robot can be used to treat the patients who are requiared to be in isloation
it will ease the burden on nurses or the health workers.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableMicro controllers will be used in this project.
along with stepper motors.
The robot body will be of polycabonate to keep it light weight.
Robot will use machine learning algorithms to navigate in the envoirment.
4 motors will used for it's movement
2 for the purpose of pill despensing.
