Lots of college students are annoyed by spending time folding clothes based on our customer interviews. We are trying to build a prototype that will work as automatic cloth folding machine at a cheap cost to serve most people. this project helps the laundry item to fold in a very short time.
Project Objectivessimply to design a folding machine that can fold laundry items , abitly to fold a shirt in 4seconds. aproximatly 300 shirts in houre . can be program for diffrent items such as kurtas , full sleave hafe sleave as well.
Project Implementation Methodthe basic implemntation of this project is to design with pnemuatics with proper kinematics and elctronic controller to control the movent of pnemuatics.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable to deal with tis project this project comproise of pnematic , compressor, sensors, grippers (to hold the shirt) ,mechanical arms , barings , slider rollar, motors, actuators, solonide vales etc . the basic mechanism of this project is that when a gripper sens the shirt it then gripped by grippers and placed onto the placemt then mechanical flapers started their sequence to complete the folding process . it also have an abiltiy of upto 20 shirts stacking and a pile of folded will then we get.
