Project Area of Specialization Wearables and ImplantableProject SummaryIn our daily life, everyone faces different types of emergency (Crime, Fire, or Health) and to deal with those emergencies, we usually ask for help by making a call to relevant action authorities (Police, Fire Brigade, or Ambulance) that are mostly operated by government of any country. Making a phone call to relevant action authority (Police, Fire brigade, or Ambulance) and let them aware of the emergency and telling them the location of incident is a time taking process. Sometime we faces network issues and in some situation we don’t always have an access to our phones to make a call for help, in result we losses a precious life or a valuable property.
The problem we addressed is very sensitive than we expect and the solution is very simple but more effective, efficient, and cost less than the traditional approaches. The solution is Save (Web-based automate system). Save consist of three following parts,
- Android application.
- Hand wearable gadget.
- Desktop application.
Now suppose a certain emergency happens take an example of street crime scenario, I am walking along a street, now someone comes and try to snatch my wallet or purse, and If I already armed myself with Save, then what I’ll do is, I will use my hand wear gadget (Press just a button on it) to alert a nearby police mobile to take an action against the emergency in real-time instead of making a call to police after being snatched.
Pressing a button on hand wearable gadget will send a message via Bluetooth to android application that will be installed on victim’s mobile device, android application will then capture the victim’s geo-location using the mobile GPS sensor and his/her bio information to create an alert and will send the alert to nearby action authority in our scenario the alert will be send to nearby police mobile. Police mobile will be using the same android application to trace and monitor an emergency in real-time. There is also a desktop application module which will be used to trace and monitors the activities of police mobile, fire brigades and the ambulances and this desktop application will be used by a special users (IG police or DIG police).
We addressed a clear problem and explained the proposed solution well. Save,a web-based automate system to trace and monitors all of the activities that occurs when a certain emergency happens and its functionalities are easy to understand.
Project ObjectivesProject objective is to build an automate smart city system that will help us to monitor and tackle with any emergencies in time and to save someone life and property.
Project Implementation MethodWe are going to adobt agile development methodology to build and implement the project, so then we could adobt future changes.

- Police, Ambulances, and Fire-brigade will get quick acknowledgement of an emergency in time.
- Victims will get quick response from action authorities.
- All the emergencies and activities will be easily track and monitor from a central control unit.
- The dead rates usually causes by life threatening emergencies will be control.
- The crime rates will be control.
- Our cities will be then become a save place to live.
- Many more.
