Project Implementation Method

Software Development: The application will have Machine Learning and Representation Learning Components developed using Python development language

Hardware:

  1. Camera: It is used to capture the images in real-time,
  2. Raspberry pi: It contains the whole project and will control various software and hardware modules
  3. GPS Module: hat provides geolocation and time information to the GPS receiver anywhere.
Benefits of the Project Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our proposed model mainly deals with detecting potholes using Machine Learning techniques. The final version will be able to detect the potholes using Raspberry Pi and a camera. Once a pothole is encountered, the detected location is determined using a GPS module connected with the same Raspberry Pi and sent to the cloud storage which can be informed to the road authorities for repair.
