Riphah Complaint Care Management System will be a website-based application. The purpose of this application is to register and resolve users’ complaints. Nowadays, we have seen how much trouble a user faces while registering a complaint virtually and manually. This system will help users to register a complaint and view the status of complaints. The system will provide a wide range of features to support users. 

Project Objectives

As due to advanced technology and covid most of the manual systems were shifted to the online

systems so we also needed to create an efficiently working Complaint management system.

The current existing systems couldn’t adequately help users. Newly user needs a lot of time

and assistance to properly use the system. So, therefore we needed a system that can fully

accommodate people and can make human-computer interaction efficient and easy while using

our system.

Project Implementation Method

We are using PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript for the implementation of the project. Software requirements: Xampp, IDE

Benefits of the Project

The overview of our proposed solution is to provide a system consisting of basic and unique

features that will support the user in different ways. Through our system, we want our users to

be fully accommodated. Our system will help the user in registering a complaint, track

complaint also views similar or related problems that were resolved which will now be helpful

to other users to guide how to resolve their issue or how they can help themselves.
