Spin coating is basically a procedure which is used to deposit uniform thin films to any flat surface of work piece. Usually a small amount of coating material is applied on the center of the work piece's surface when the disk is spinning at very low speed. Here is this process we are using the basic principle of centrifugal force. This is applied due to the spinning of the disk.

Project Objectives

• The goal of the project is to design a spin coater that works economically
• With the help of spin coater we can create a thin film on the flat surface of any work piece.
• The process basically follows the principle of centrifugal force which draws a rotating body away from the center of rotation

• A process in which solution is spread evenly over a surface using centrifugal force when the disk is rotating.
