Project Area of Specialization Computer ScienceProject SummaryIt is an online platform, which will provide students with low confidence to ask questions or problems with the teacher in real time, while the lecture is being delivered.
Project ObjectivesStudents often don't ask questions during lectures which creates misonceptions, that leads to bad performance in academics. Our objective is to design a system that will make it even easier for students to ask questions and express their queries and problems in real time.
Project Implementation MethodTeachers will upload his/her lecture on the system, and before delivering the lecture teacher will click at start lecture button, this will make lecture available to all the students who are logged into the system. As the teacher delivers the lecture students can ask questions from the slides, at the end of the lecture or topic teacher may answer the questions. All the questions that were asked by students will be stacked and tagged to the exact slide at which the question was asked.
In order to maintain student’s attention towards lecture, student can only view previous and current slide, student cannot skip to next slides. Student cannot leave the lecture once he is logged in, if he leaves, the system will notify the teacher, in order to maintain a check and balance on student during the class.
Agile practices can be adopted in this project to involve the students throughout the development process and get feedback from them. The work will be planned in iterations to identify user requirements and the product will be improved in multiple iterations. Capacity of an individual will be measured to check how much an individual can commit.

Benefits of the ProjectThis project will target introverts or student who are low in confidence and don't ask questions will lecture is delivered in educational institutes. This project will allow student to share their problems and questions in real time. This project can improve quality of education as well as improving individual performance of students.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableFinal deliverable will be a completely working online web portal with analytics and statistics that will be hosted on server.
