Real time vehicle security system
The problem of vehicle theft in our country is because of lack of proper parking availability, maintenance, and the general absence of security cameras.
These are the major issues for vehicle safety and needs proper addressing to minimize
the thefts.
The proposed system would have HD camera attached to the system can be used to provide a real time view of the boundary selected. The system can be connected to the
server via internet and the live view from the parking lot can be transmitted to the server for detecting the displacement of the vehicle. Also, the system will allow the
user to park their vehicle and mark virtual boundary around it using android application. The mark will specify the region of their vehicle and server will deliver alert message if the vehicle is displaced from the specified region.
The main purpose of this project is to maximize the security of vehicles and minimize the theft of vehicles by providing a platform to the users that detects whenever unauthorized displacement of vehicle occurs in real-time.
Another objective is to replace the sensors and uses image processing and artificial intelligence algorithms to automate the parking with footage obtained from the parking lot’s surveillance cameras. These algorithms detect the empty parking spaces and convey the information to the users entering the parking premise.

REAL TIME MONTIORING SYSTEM SIDE:
Our project will contain a black box having GSM module, GPS module and a camera integrated
with Raspberry Pi. A port is connected to camera to record video and capture images.
C++/Python will be used on Raspberry Pi for capturing real time images. This raspberry pi
contain an openCV based image processing library. This library is used for performing the
operations on the images while performing vehicle recognition and detection. Using this
OpenCV, we will load images captured by camera. Images will be transfer to server through
GSM module and GPS module is used to detect the location of cameras installed which is sent to
server through GSM module.
WEB APPLICATION:
Web application will be needed for user authentication and registration process Classical PHP
will for server side scripting,
APPLICATION SIDE:
1. Android application using flutter and dart language and firebase
database for user to register, to detect camera’s , to view availability of parking slots
according to his/her location and safe lock his/her vehicle
