In schools and universities, students and teachers use internet on a regular basis in order to send/receive assessments, ask/answer questions.
However, universities rely on an examination process. Results delivery system submits to examination branch as a traditional way was time consuming, files may be misplaced and record could be missed of any student especially when carried out for a large number of students.
This project makes the entire process easy and reliable.
Project Objectives
The objective of this project is to manage the details of Examination, Branches, Courses and Sessions.
It manages all the information about Examination, Teachers, Courses and Sessions.
Project Implementation Method
Project's implementation is simple, we have to setup a server and a database, which can handle data of more than 10 departments.
And put project files on the server and then setup the paths and database username and password.
Benefits of the Project
This project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrators are guaranteed the access.
The benefit of this project is this reduces the manual work for managing the examinations and to increase efficiency of managing the examination branch.
It deals with adding, editing and deleting of records of results in proper, faster and efficienct way.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
We have presented a secure exam management system and reviewed all the exam stages and identi?ed the different security properties that every exam stage must satisfy.
The user must have an internet connection (the management system is online) and have an authenticated username and password to access the system.
During the making of the project, the communication between the members is most important, so we used social app and personal meetings with our supervisor for better implementation.
It took a long time to create system, it was divided into a number of tasks and after completion of each task it was tested by several users of the university to find problems in it.
