Prosthetic hand
Project Area of Specialization Biomedical EngineeringProject SummaryOur project is on the prosthetic hand, in which we are working to make the prosthetic hand with least cost. For this purpose we designed a way in which we used only two EMG sensor to control the five fingers of hand. We are attaining five different type of movements by the use of these two sensors. In addition we also control the prosthetic hand with mobile application which is used in any condition wheen our sensors are not working.
Project ObjectivesThere are followings our Objective in this project:
1) Our main object is to get the different movement of prosthetic hand by use of only two EMG sensors.
2) Second objective is to attain these movement with low cost
Project Implementation MethodFirst of all our project tried to get the blutooth connection which we need when we have our sensors are not working.
When we do not connect the blutooth then the project will contimue and work on the readings we obtain from the electrodes.
In anycase, our electrodes or sensors are not working then we convert it to the application type use by connecting the prosthetic hand with blutooth connection
Benefits of the ProjectFollowings are the benefits of the project:
1) First main benefit is related to person health. everyone want that he will works with his own hands, thoerefore our project allow them to work with own hand freely
2) It is very cheap monetarily
Technical Details of Final DeliverableWe can provide the project to the authorities and also provide the repairment of the project in any technical problem condition.
