The Mobile Applications have propelled in no small extent of changes in the attitude and behavior of people all over the world. Due to this blessing, online shopping has emerged which influenced the lives of ordinary citizens. People always want to try clothes on them before buying it online. That’s exactly the idea behind Premium Dress Customizer. We are going to build an application which will cater this problem. Through our application we will enable the users to view and get an idea of how the product will look like on their own body and color. It’ll make the online shopping experience more engaging; they improve confidence in choices and make the experience more fun in general. It’s also been proven to reduce returns and increase sales. This app is a simple solution to those users who hesitate in buying something without checking its suitability.

Project Objectives

Develop a virtual try room in online shopping sites in which you pick up clothes enter by point the back camera towards themselves so the camera can detect their body (plane) vertically and place the clothing item on their body. This will allow the user to visualize and somewhat get an idea of how it will actually look on them. Furthermore, they can snap pictures of themselves trying on which will improve customer’s experiences, helping users to choose the garments according to their skin tone, body shape, height, hair style etc. Enabling users to make the right decisions can lead to a reduction in returns and even an increase in sales.

Project Implementation Method

Develop the application in the dart programming language using the VSCode ide. Designing the user interface using html, css, dart or programmatically depending on the situation. Making use of the ARCore library as well as some other API’s and which may include the vision framework to make use of the camera’s vision or ML to run the live camera feed through an image classifier.
