In this project, we will develop web base app for help regarding the data of post graduate scholars which help supervisors and teachers in the department. Based on users Search /input search supervisor and other scholars can know the date and time of the seminar. The total up to date record will be kept by the department about supervisors and their research scholars. The teacher could know by looking at their profile, research topic and supervisors name and other information will be available at one place. The scope of project initially focused on IICT departments.

Project Objectives

1.The main aim of the project is to develop web-based app to facilitate a teacher to find quickly the relevant information of students (research scholars)

2.In this regard the relevant objectives are: Develop a website for the information of research scholars Locate the information by using web portal especially built for the record keeping.

3.Store the information on type of data and time of seminars. Research topic and supervisor name.

Project Implementation Method

1.we are using here use case diagram including user and admin.

2.in this system user can login through profile name and password .and also can logout from account.

3.user can view/search details of their departmental including seminars. and other daily alerts.

4.admin will update new information .

Benefits of the Project

1.the purpsed system allows students/staff members to view their departmental  post graduated students details.

2. it only provides post graduates(mphil/phd)students records not another degrees. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

1.student could sign in by entering id no name and password  and make account after he will get notified from latest notifications.

3.students of mphil/phd could  view details of their accademic activities details regarding seminar updates. .

2.admin can view or updates post graduates students record.also check list of  registered accounts.
