Detection of plant disease through some automatic technique is very helpful as it reduces work of examining the large areas of crops at very early stage of disease i.e. when they appear on plant leaves.
Automatic detection of the diseases by just seeing the symptoms on the plant leaves makes it easier as well as cheaper
Therefore, in our final project we want to develop a web-based Application that will do the detection of diseases of plants with the help of image processing techniques.
Farmers or other individuals having plants can take the pictures of the infected plants and our project will diagnose the disease in that plant and it will highlight the affected parts as well.
Developing a system that can detect the diseases of the apple, maize and tomato plants using latest techniques of deep learning.
To detect plant fruit, stem and leave diseases

Python is now a day’s most common language used in deep learning processes. Majority of the libraries are python libraries which increased the computation and speed of classifier. Python is a very influential programming language used for several types of applications. Over the time, this open source language is efficiently used by the huge community to work with it tools. Recently, specifically for data science several tools have been built.
It is known that convolutional networks can learn features when trained on larger datasets. Deep learning techniques have showed better results in pattern recognition, in the image segmentation and object detection (Hanson et al., 2017).So, in our project deep learning method will be used in order to automatically classify and detect plant diseases from images adter that a deliverable system will develop
