A Robotic Gripper Arm is a type of mechincal arm, with similar functions to a human arm, this gripper arm is used to pick an object from conveyor belt and place the object to other side.

Project Objectives

The Aim of the project is tto develop and design to pick & place object, welding, material handling. Main objective is to control this arm and linear motion guide (LMG) automatically and manually.

Project Implementation Method

Bascially, Robotics am is controlled by the esp32 and arduino. Servo motor is attached with the gripper arm and controlled this arm to ungrip & grip the object. Guide ways are the placed with the LMG(Linear motion guide) which is used to left and right the gripper arm.

Benefits of the Project

Two major benefits are speed and consistency. This Pick and Place is useful in factories, medical stores etc.. In future, man power is very low and robotics power is growing. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Actually In technical Details, We talk about conveyor belt. Conveyor Belt speed is balanced neither fast nor slow. Its speed is normal. Gripper Arm pick up the products about 6 products in 1 minute and its grip and ungrip speed is 1 second. Esp32 can check the products color which depends on RGB. It checks only 3 colors which are red, green or blue. Gripper arm speed is adjusted by its conveyor belt speed.
