The majority of the people own a high-resolution camera or a smartphone enabling them to capture the moments in real-time. The pictures captured using the smartphone or the camera come out as underexposed or overexposed due to the auto settings of the device. Our android-based application named PhotoAid) addresses these issues. Considering these problems faced by common people who take pictures as well as an amateur photographer, we have developed an application, which will help the users to enhance their pictures and give out the desired results with a click of a button. The objectives have been achieved by using the CegaHE algorithm, which enhances the image perfectly without pixelating and loss of quality and originality. Photo AId has additional features given below:
- Manual Image Enhancement with sliders
- Effects, Utensils like crop, Adjust, flip, and resize
- Beauty Features
- Frames and Borders
- Collage and square fit.
The objectives of our project are to give the users ease in enhancing their pictures which they might not be able to take again. Those pictures which didn't come out as required but are important to the user, our app will help them enhance it.
Project Implementation MethodThe project will be implemented through the play store on Android.
