Human personality has played a dynamic role in an individual's life as well as in the development of an organization. One of the ways to evaluate human personality is by using standard questionnaires or by examining the Curriculum Vitae (CV). Conventionally, escort manually shortlist a candidate’s CV as per their requirements. In this situation, we present a system that automatically describes the eligibility check and aptitude appraisal of candidates in an enlistment process. The system analyzes professional eligibility based on the uploaded CV. The system employs a machine learning algorithm and OCEAN questionnaire.
In this personality prediction system, which candidate is suitable for required job we can take resolution by using candidate CV’s. In this system we will emphasis not only qualification, based on tests we can select the person for certain job position. Which will leads to performance of the candidate is low related to other knowledge persons. In existing systems candidates are accepted only based on their CV’s they do not consider their aptitude, personality for shortlisting the candidate.
Personality prediction system can be used in many business sectors that may need expert candidate. This system will decrease workload of the human resource department. This system will help the human resource department to select right candidate for specific job profile which in turn offer expert workforce for the organization. Admin or the apprehension people can easily shortlist a applicant based on their online test marks and can select an appropriate candidate for desired job profile.
This system requires large memory space as it stores data linked to CV’s. This system requires an active internet connection, can’t work offline. May provide inaccurate results if data not entered properly.
Project Implementation Method Project ImplementationThe proposed system will enable a more effective way to short list submitted candidate CVs from a large number of applicants providing a consistent and fair CV ranking policy. This can be legally justified. System will rank the experience and key skills required for a particular job position than system will rank the CV’s based on the experience and other key skills which are required for particular job profile. This system will help the HR department to easily shortlist the candidate based on the CV ranking policy.
