The inspiration for this project came when the world was hit by a pandemic. Most of the gyms were closed and people are struggling to maintain their routines. There is a lack of communication between the trainers and their respective clients. In most gyms there is no system that can enable the trainers to track their clients assess them and assign them workout and nutrition plans.

Project Objectives

We intend to create a system that can keep track of clients organize their assigned exercises, nutrition plans and their payment invoices. It will also have and administration account which can manage trainers and assign them clients.

Benefits of the Project

This project will fill a gap in the market which has not seen any promanent application yet. We hope this application will make communication between trainers and their clients a lot better with the facilities of creating customized workout and diet plans and keeping assessments. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

A system that can keep track of clients organize their assigned exercises, nutrition plans and their payment invoices. It will also have and administration account which can manage trainers and assign them clients. this application will use flutter framework with web and android support
