Project Summary

“Paramount Emporium”, as the name itself defines the perspective that a Superior Marketplace that comprises of almost every type of Business or a Service that an individual could need. The Objective of the Project is equivalent to provide a technological Platform for a business to increase the productivity and a User to get the On-time Service at the market-level competition in respect to price, Work-quality and User Reviews. This Platform will have the feature of introducing the individual to the service provider with vast aspects of information related to the business. Through the centralized booking/ appointment management approach individual can also appoint/ purchase the service or book an inspection related to the Service. For the Service provider this Project offers the inventory system to keep past track of all the clients and the workings. Service Providers can also use this platform to interact with the clients.

Project Objectives

The project is initially planned to provide two functionalities: 
This Project can provide the Authentic Business Listing with important details that are to be considered before hiring a Service.
While opting the specific Business an individual user can easily Book/ Appoint the Business to serve the need.

The System will be capable to work as:. 
ONLINE BUSINESS DIRECTORY
This interface has the properties as the Yellow Pages or White Pages that are the local telephone directories that contains the organized indexing of the Services and Businesses. It helps a user in reaching out to an authenticate Service provider for the specific required Service.
RESERVATION/ BOOKING SYSTEM
Once a user has reached out the service provider than the user interacts with the service provider and Book the service in the feasible slot of time. Usually intermediate to large scale Businesses have the automated Booking or Appointment System. But mostly in our Country this trend is not that common.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS INVENTORY
As per the aspect for the Business provider the System can be used for interacting with the System Users (Clients). This project also works as the vast structured Inventory System. But in the initial version the system is kept lower to just deal with the Customer Inquiry and managing the booking/ appointment made by the User.
 

Project Implementation Method

Adding the Business in the System
Business can be added by the two User privileges, Service Providers and the System Administrator. A System Administrator can directly list the Business inside the System by submitting the Business details while on the other side when a Service Provider registers the than the System push the new registration request to the System Administrator and as the System Administrator approves the request than the Service Providers’ business gets live into the Business/ Service Provider Listing.
Business/ Service Provider Listing
This Listing feature of the System Covers the indexing of the Business/ Service Providers from the Database. Listing should cover the In-depth detailed information with the Users reviews given to the specific Business.
Search Criteria/ Applied Filters:
Listing should be customized as per the Users Searching Criteria and the User should be able to filter the listing as per the requirements. E.g.: If the User want to Search for the “Doctor with more than 4.5 stars rating in the diameters of 1.5Km in night time” than it could be possibly done with the following feature.
Saved/ Favorite Service Provider:
A user can save a Service provider as a Favorite Business and in the coming future the user can directly access the saved favorite Service Provider from Dashboard without long searching process.
Featured Business
Advertisements are the part of the system in a way that the featured Business should appear on the top-most position of the Business/ Service Provider Listing. System Administrator should have the privilege to make any Business featured.
Get Featured Request
Service Provider or the Business Owner can generate the Get Featured Request that is sent to the System Administrator and the System Administrator can accept/ Reject the request to make the Business Featured.
Reviews over the Business
If any User want to give the Review over the specific Service Provider than It could be done through the form under the Business Information Page. Once the review is submitted by the user than a notification should be triggered to the business Owner. Reviews can be viewed by all the users on the same Business Information Page.

Reservation/ Booking System
After going through the Business’ Index the User can appoint/ Purchase the Service as per the feasible time. After making an appointment somehow if the user wants to cancel the appointment than it could be done under the specified terms and conditions. A user could also view the Bookings that were made in past.
Time Slot Management
As time is the most valuable part in the daily routine so to avoid conflict of setting up the different appointments at the same time the system should be capable of keeping the track of Service Provider Schedule and make the new appointment in the free time by using the simple Artificial Intelligence. 
 

Benefits of the Project

The project aims to provide a single platform to a common individual to view the Business (Service Providers) Listings, compare and appoint the best suitable to serve. Parallel to the increasing pace of life routine, the purpose of the project is to minimize the prefaced difficulties in getting any service that an individual could need on daily basis (or some time interval).
 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The internal Interface of the System comprises of:
HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT for Frontend Designing
LARAVEL (PHP framework) for Backend Development
JSON for Data Parsing

The Project must be capable of running on any device having the compatibility of running any internet browser. PC with at least 800 MHz or faster processor, 512 MB or more of memory, 1 GB storage, VGA or higher resolution video adapter and monitor with Mouse or other compatible pointing peripheral running any version of Windows, Mac, Linux or equivalent operating System. Or any hand-held Smart-Phone with 512 MB or more of RAM. 
The Project aims to be centralized so it could easily interact each of the Modules Users with each other. To make the Project capable of the following functionality the Project must be kept on a high Efficiency Server link with the high-speed internet with higher bandwidth limit.
