Furthermore, Pakistan’s healthcare system is more complex due to federal and public sector subsystems competition with formal and informal private sector. These complexities emphasise the urgent need to improve the access and quality of healthcare sector. Admirable results can be achieved with improved accessibility to skilled paramedics and healthcare experts. Paramedics On Click is a web based application which provides great platform for the paramedical staff who want to work for extra time to showcase their skills and earn money. If a skilled Paramedical staff has free time after their regular job hours and he or she can make their time productive by using Paramedics On Click. Paramedical staff can upload their details i.e. available time slots and charges for that time slot on Paramedics On Click so hospitals can easily get the information about staff by using this application.

Project Objectives

In this project, we are going to integrate paramedical staff and hospital administration through technology by providing an online interface. The main contributions of this project can be structured into the following objectives:

• To help the hospital administration to find skilled paramedics.
• To help the paramedics to utilized their free time effectively and earn more money.
• Reduce the workload of hospital administration by making paramedics hiring automated. 
• Enable hospitals to work smoothly even in strikes of paramedics.
• To ensure punctuality of existing staff.

Project Implementation Method

In this project, we will build a web-based application which is user friend­­ly. Our project scope is for all the users who want to hire paramedical staff. The universal purpose of setting up Paramedics on click is maintaining a centralized web-based employee database to ensure efficient utilization of human resources for effective health care delivery. Paramedic on click also has the vision to identify vacancies and ensure efficient transfer or posting of employees and maintain transparency in the hiring process. And in the future also want to reduce paperwork by using digitized service books to generate HR-related government orders and for payroll processing.

1. Collect and review basic information on Hospitals and Paramedics-level HRIS efforts. 
2. Identify innovative practices, successes, and failures. 
3. Summarize key lessons and recommendations to inform a Paramedic framework and facilitate cross-learning between hospitals and paramedics.

In further after the development of the application, we will be able to capture the attention of

hospitals and paramedics by introducing them to the paramedics on click.

Benefits of the Project

Paramedics On Click is web-based application in which information of all adroit paramedics is available with their available time slot and hourly rate and with rating which shows how

committed he or she is with work is on the other hand paramedics also rate the hospital which he/she work and hospital additionally mentioned available advantages which they will provide to the staff.

In cases of run time shortage of skilled paramedics ‘POC’ is a good option for hospitals and in cases nurses and other paramedics staff go for strike then this is also a good option and it will show them that without them working is not ceased and this will also amend the efficiency and effectiveness of subsisting staff.
