Project Summary

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that has affected the whole world.  Its impacts the people's health and the economy of the countries.  No county is safe from this virus. People lost their jobs, challenges are created for the businesses to survive, and international economic/ trade activities get stopped to avoid spreading of the virus. Furthermore, it has a huge impact on the worldwide education sector as there are no physical classes due to which the learning of students impacted  (WHO, 2020).

Considering the nature, and consequences of coronavirus, it is unknown to determine the time in which the world will be free from this pandemic. Also, lockdown is not a long-term solution as world activities cannot be close for years.  We have to perform daily routine work otherwise, survival from poverty, food, and education will become difficult for the nations  (worldometers, 2020). Keeping all the situation and impacts of COVID-19 we have come with a solution that will assist the education sector, offices, businesses, and others to perform their normal functions with precautions. This solution is an SOP implementer which we have designed in this project that will be useful in all the sectors.

Project Objectives

This project aims to develop a system that ensures visitors and individuals have followed the designed SOPs or not to allow them to enter the area. It has been observed that not all the people are following SOPs and taking precautions which can further increase this virus and more people can get infected with this.  There is no proper system, people visit and go anywhere without precautions.  Somehow, there is no appropriate monitoring and chances are that people or an individual may enter the premises without fulfilling all the required safety precautions. They may be mistakenly allowed by the authorities at the entrance or gate due to which we come up with a system that will not allow any person into the area /premises without following all the needed SOPs. 

Project Implementation Method

The camera will be the source of the project in which our project will deduct the person if the visitor is wearing a mask or not , and the visitor sanitized his/her hands , and the last phase of the project is that the visitor visited the registred.

the first camera will deduct the person he/she wearning a mask or not.

then the visitor visited the sanitizing machine or not.

and the last camera will deduct the person if the person visited the register or not.

if these all steps are followed by the visitor then he/she will be allowed to enter into the building.

Benefits of the Project

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

FaceMask deduction using ESP32 camera and algoritham of image processing using live video. it will deduct person face and apply facemask deduction algoritham and deduct the person wearning a mask or not.

Hand sanitizing machine which will deduct hand using a ultra sonic senser and in output the user get hand sanitizer

The third phase of the project is that we are using a USB Camera to deduct the person has visited the register desk or not. 

if all the phases are completed then the person will be allowed to enter into the building..
