The proposed project is a smart AI based doctor appointment booking system that provides patients or patient guardians an easy way of booking a doctor’s appointment online. This is a mobile and web based application that incorporates AI technologies like chat-bots, intelligent agents and computer vision based medical image analysis for doctor appointment booking and patient self diagnosis. By using AI model, this app will also detect disease by voice recognition. We can use an AI based expert system for this purpose. After the voice recognition process this app will specify the abnormalities like symptoms about disease and will suggest about nearby specialist doctor(s). This app will detect disease by the image of MRI, X-Ray and CT Scan report, patient will upload the image of above mentioned any of the report, app will analyze the image by using AI image recognition model. We can use IoT in the near future to detect the disease by implementing special ICs on human body. To enhance the acknowledgment of the patient about their disease and their suitable doctors according to their budget / consultation fee. An AI based chat-bot interview with patient, and based on that interview the chat-bot will suggests the suitable nearby doctors. The task sometimes becomes very tedious for the medical practitioners himself in manually allotting appointments for the users as per their availability. Hence this project offers an effective solution where patients can view various booking slots available and select the desired slot. The already booked space will be marked yellow and will not be available for anyone else for the specified time. We can check the record of patient’s canceled and availed services any time. If doctor have an emergency, he/she can shift appointment(s) and this app will notify the patient(s) about their appointment and will also notify the patient to their appointment slot(date and time). This app will provide services all-over the world.

• This is a smart app that will meet all the requirements of user e.g. Doctor and Patient

• If patient is too busy to consult with doctor physically or doctor is far away from patient then patient can consult online

Project Implementation Method

Agile development : we will use agile development methodology to minimize risk (such as bugs, cost overruns, and changing requirements) when adding new functionality. In agile methods, we develop the software in iterations that contain mini-increments of the new functionality.
