Project Summary

Online Services Management/Provider System is a project which aims in developing an Online Web Application to maintain all the daily work of Service Centre. This project has many features which are generally not available in normal Online Service Management System like: Product/Parts Records, Issue Customer Bill, Make Request, Assign Work etc. It also has a facility if Admin login through which admin can monitor the entire system. With the help of this System admin can Assign Work, Add/Remove Technician, Add/Remove Products, and View Selling Report, Chatbot etc. Overall the Project is being to help the Service Centre to maintain the Service Centre in the best way and also reduce the human efforts.

Project Implementation Method

We are developing this system with oop methods and some artificial intelligence techniques. For this purpose we are keep doing research on these methods and try to solve our problems relating to our system. These methods will be a key factors for helping us now and for future as well.

Nowadays various things can be made simple and user friendly by using advance technology. As you know the things are converting to online rapidly and people are facilitating their selves by using online technology. For the sake of that we are developing OSM System to make people life easier. People will use this system much easier rather than go to market for their issues regarding Electronic Appliances and other things. Most of the people doing their work online like (Ordering Food, Shopping etc.). And this system will be reduce the human efforts and put all their burden on machine. With the help of this system user can get their desire facility if his/her product will not work properly. Then the user will send the request regarding their issues to Service Centre and the Centre will assign them technician. By the use of this system user will get an easy way to repair his/her product rather than go to market. This OSM System has great scope now and as well as in future.
