In this digital era, technological advancements are rapidly changing the environment in which we live. Use of the old way to collect the votes from the people is not considered an efficient way because of many recurring errors.

Online Project Exhibition is an online exhibition technique. The use of the old electronic systems to collect the votes from the people is not considered an efficient system because of many recurring errors. Our online voting system is a system that allows people to cast their vote online. The purpose is to increase voting percentage as peoples do not have to go out from their homes for voting. They will be able to cast their vote from our online system. The voting system will be usable for student voting of exhibition projects.

The votes will be cast for our university exhibition projects and the winners of the exhibition will be announced on the basis of the results generated by the system.

The system will be an online project exhibition. The main objective of this system is to increase the overall voting percentage. This system will also available in app version for android and IOS.

Project Objectives

The software developed will be an online project exhibition. The main objective of this system is to increase the overall voting percentage. This system will maintain the database of all the eligible persons and candidates. This will also manage the user authentication, voting mechanism, and user sessions and generate reports of the voting results. The system will also be available in mobile app version for both android and iOS which also allow users to cast their vote using our mobile app.

Project Implementation Method

Admin:

Admin to register another admin Teacher.

Admin will be able to manage the users, exhibitors , teachers ,voting sessions, and results.

Admin can manage date and time for voting sessions.

Admin accept or reject the project.

Admin send Email to User, Teacher, and Exhibitor.

Admin can notify all the users whenever a voting session will start.

Users:

Users have to register their account and after verifying their account through their email he will be able to login to the system.

User will be login with his Registration number and password.

User will be able to view all the projects uploaded for the exhibition.

Only authenticated users will be able to cast the vote and comment.

User can cast the vote only once and for only one project.

He/She can check result when the voting ends.

If the user has cast his/her vote successfully, he/she should be logged out from the system.

Exhibitor:

Exhibitor have to register their account and after verifying their account through their email he will be able to login to the system.

Exhibitor also can create his account.

He/She can upload his project for voting and remarks through images and short clips.

He/She can update his profile and modify uploaded project.

He can check result when the voting ends.

If the exhibitor upload his project successfully, he should be logged out from the system.

Students can cast votes by sitting at their homes. It will generate results fastly. The Exhibitor will upload pictures or a short clip of the project. Exhibitors can make changes according to their needs. Only those people can cast the vote to which we give access to. No one can cast vote more than one time. Teachers can also take part in voting.

First of all the user will select the project from the website or mobile app. So, all the services or modules will be shown to the students of that particular university. He / She will get the services according to their needs. This will fulfil the needs of students of that university.
