A web portal and android application that provides services for Vegetables, Fruits and Grain Markets.Which can briefly summarize the whole business that include their Stock ,daily payable,daily receivable,Commission,Expenses and their reports.We will provide them an advance level software which provides Sales,Purchase,Expenses,Reports,and Current stocks as well.We will deployed this on cloud in future.

Project Objectives

The aim of our project is to provide SAAS based Point of Sales specifically to stores to modernize their workflows and provide them education how the rest of the world is using the technology.

Main objectives are as followed:

• To provide searching facilities on the basis of various factors like stocks and theirs.
• To manage the user details for analyzing sales and expenses.
• To keep track and manage all information.
• To show the description and information of the stocks and others.
• To enhance the efficiency of management in stores.
• To monitor the information regarding the transaction of the sales.
• To improve the function of edit, add and update the records for the proper resource management.
• It should have efficient and accurate output.
• It should manage sales/Expenses for the shop.

Project Implementation Method

As we are developing this web site at our end and we are having no customers so we have our own wills how we will develop it. We are not requiring prototype or spiral model. So we are interested in Incremental Model for this web development. Selected model will help in perform work in modules. So if the similar module already exist we can use and save our time. Also dividing the project in modules helps us in easy understanding of problem and its easy development but the main issue it that if one module is incomplete then another module which is requiring it as pre-developed module will have to wait for start of working. It may result in time loses sometime. Also compilation of modules after their completion is also a bit difficult task.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We use the technology that provide user-friendly interface. User will be able store all the record of the business they deal and very easy to use the entire system. When a person Sign In with the account that the admin make for them then he will be able to use the account and make records of the entire business like stock, expenses, payable, receivable and the invoices that be generate for the customer.
