The agricultural yield also depends on factors such as fertilizers and can be drastically affected by pests and diseases. This problem can be controlled by providing proper treatment to the crops through the use of pesticides. Although, pesticides may increase the productivity of crops but it also affects human health. Furthermore, it is also difficult to give proper fertilizers to large fields under tough weather conditions. The objective of the project is to design an automated quadcopter for spraying fertilizers/pesticides and water on the agricultural land. This project will help to improve the quality and the quantity of the yield. Moreover, the spraying of water through quadcopter can be used to extinguish fire in the fields. The project also consists of image processing techniques with a data feedback mechanism that is useful in identifying the areas where there is color change in the crops. Many times, animals enter in the fields and destroy the huge part of crops. Keeping this in view, new deliverable which we have decided to add in our project is the counting of animals in fields. This counting of animals will be done using runtime processing. In general, the new deliverable is targeting the live counting of animals in the fields.
