Motor Bike Security and Safety System
The goal of this project is to provide safety and security to your bike. To counter the growing threat of it being stolen, lost or tempered with. The project is mainly intended to be used on bikes/vehicles. It is a small automated battery powered device which can operate where cellular service is available. The project is aimed at working class who requires security for their property at lower cost without invasion of privacy since information transfer is only between device and phone. User’s data is much as secure as a normal SMS. The bike cannot be moved (stolen or tempered with) without setting off the alarm thereby saving you from threats such as stolen wheel, stolen patrol, stolen batter, ignition bombs and animal damage. If the bike have been stolen you can always get its location by automatic alert or by requesting location by sending it a SMS.
The purpose of this project is to provide security at low cost, wide range tracking without using a third-party service as a tracking service. The project is small, rechargeable and user-friendly. Attach/place the project with(in) the vehicle you wish to track and it will start operating. it provides security by sensing movements and vibration of device. If detected it then sounds an alarm and sends the current location of device to the owner’s number by using SMS service. The location information is safe as a normal SMS and even further the information can be encoded by using the encoding key. App is then required to decode it. The app is also used to set the other parameters of the device such as. timed SMS or alert SMS.
Getting locations from the GPS satellites:
Since GPS is the most reliable and free use service. We have choice it to get location of the device. Getting a proper is crucial for our project.
Using GSM service
SMS communication makes our device being able to use any where in the world. Since it is not dependent on the inconsistent availability of internet
Developing an app
A proper app is required to configure and use the device to its full potential. It will help the user see the location on the map. It will also be the user interface for the device
Providing security is the main goal of the project. The ability to alert user when it is used or moved. Accomplishes that. The providing the location of the vehicle makes it best for keeping track of your vehicle. If its used by your children you can track there location to make sure they are safe. You can find your vehicle in the big parking lot
The project will use GPS as its location source. SMS and Bluetooth for communication with the user. Accelerometer for getting the movement of device
