It has widespread application domains, and has been considered as an important part of Surveillance and security system. VOT is used to identify the updated location of the target object in the incoming video sequence, given an initial target location in one frame. Our project includes a robot, which will get real time information (frame) through camera, afterwards by using discriminative scale space tracking (DSST) it will send the information to the motors of robot to operate accordingly. In this work, we will solve various challenges associated with VOT by estimating the location of a target in each frame of an image sequence.

Project Implementation MethodVisual object tracking is used to locate the targeted object in all frames of video,provided the location in the first frame. Visual object tracking (VOT) is a well-known sub-field of computer vision and hence image processing. VOT also faces many challenges such as clutter background, occlusion, Fast Motion, illumination changes.
In the Growing world, technology is growing day by day. So in order to meet the advancement in technology in VOT (Visual Object Tracking) we must derive an efficient way of tracking a object in a real time which has fast response and has accuracy in its response. We are designing a high accuracy tracking device using Discriminative scale space tracking (Algorithm). As VOT face many challenges so we have to tackle those problems to enhance the performance of our tracker.
Benefits of the ProjectVOT is used in many applications such as Security and surveillance system , Vehical tracking , Traffic monitoring and Medical diagnosis.
