so  we want to reduced all these steps to a smaller scale we will be able to make a small sugar mill
we want to design and fabricate a small scale sugar mill

The objective of this project is to design and fabricate a portable Sugar Mill used for the production of Sugar and molasses

we will take our product i.e mini portable sugar mill to our local farmers and tell them about its positive aspects we will allow them to use our product we will gave them satisfactory results

Benefits of the Project

Project  Benefit:

Pakistan being an Agricultural country has Sugarcane as its major domestic product.

 The harvesting of wheat is done at the end of the autumn season in Pakistan.After harvesting the farmers takes their crops to sugar mills far away from their fields at a very large expence and they are not been properly paid for their crops by bthe owners of Mills they takes all the profit and give very less price to the farmers
our farmers have no other option other than selling their crop at a very cheap price So, if we make a small and portable sugar mill and give it to our farmers the will make directly sugar from their crops right on their fields and sell their sugar to the market this will help our local farmers to meet their needs.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable:

1: Students will implement the knowledge of CAD to design the components required for manufacturing of different part of mill like crusher ,boiler,centrifugation

2: Students will learn about power generation through Bagass
 

3: In this project students will demonstrate their skills and knowledge related to chemistry and design and manufacturing.
