Project Area of Specialization Augmented and Virtual RealityProject SummaryWe are working on a metaverse virtual conference room where our avatars may communicate without using a webcam by performing different gestures. We will create some avatars of the users, in which the 3D avatars of the attendees will con verse and replicate gestures, allowing them to physically participate in the conversation. Testing and debugging of the application will be done by concerned users. The 3D Modeling is done in Blender. The User Interface layout is created in Unity3D And designed in Designing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator). Both Models and UI designs are then imported to Unity 3D. The FPS view is done in Unity 3D, by Using Scripts where the basic interaction between the Avatars and the virtual room where all the four Avatars/Members will join through the different Network/Devices that basically will be done in PUN (Photon Unity Networking). Meanwhile the application will be tested and the debugging will be using Oculus Quest (VR headsets). Basically, after the Pandemic, people gained virtual interaction and now Metaverse has become the new source of escaping the reality. Now people can interact, play, do business, and otherwise communicate. Metaverse is a replica of the real world that we are living in. A source of escaping the reality of our lives, a metaverse will soon become a way of entertainment and sustainability in a virtual reality experience. Furthermore, our goal is to create a virtual identity of an individual they are satisfied with, that is connected with their real life self but it can be modified to suit whatever you want to look like. The ultimate way to use an avatar was for the end user of via social VR, and VR meetings and so forth. This was the most immersive way and the most exciting space for us. An avatar represents you in a space like you in virtual space and much more of that in any of the video calls which we having before. The vision is to move an avatar from one platform to another virtually and connect people in an entertaining way by physically being present in the same place.

Benefits of the ProjectVR Meetings are just like sitting close to each other and sharing the same workspace unlike any video conferencing application.Virtual reality also plays vital role in gaming industry. Devices like oculus quest can run without being connected to a PC, resulting in improvement of battery power which is most suitable for gaming purpose. Players are experiencing the 3D creatures in the computergenerated virtual environment. The virtual reality devices, enabled with interactive software and hardware can move around artificial world as well. People can interact, play, do business, and otherwise communicate. Metaverse is that it is a replica of the real world that we are living in. A source of escaping the reality of our lives, a metaverse will soon become a way of entertainment and sustainability in a virtual reality experience. Owing to the current pandemic situation across the world, the virtual world has gained even more importance. Perhaps a real-world replica is a path to a universe beyond reality.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableOculus Quest and Metaverse:
Oculus quest will be used to test and debug our final application. Metaverse is to be in the same place with other people in a virtual environment. Oculus quest is a completely wireless system and supports a variety of games and applications. It consists of four ultra-wide-angle sensors to map your environment as we navigate through it. In gaming, it makes every programmed move real.
Final Deliverable:
A virtual conference room where avatars interact with each other with no use of webcams and without being physically present in a Metaverse Virtual Conference Room. Your avatar will look as similar to you or as different from your appearance in the real world or as per your choice like you want to customize your skin, body, clothes and style of the avatar. Basically, the avatar will perform all the actions and movement of head and hands and all the specific gestures etc. VR applications across the industry have their own take on avatars, which are rendered as per the needs of a specific use case. VR headsets are applicable for the communication on this platform.
