Mehfooz ghar is an Internet of Things enabled system which will providing basics of a smart home appliances control along with security to the household or offices by dedection of movements in a particular secure area inside or outside the premises. 

The members can control the home appliances and will be alerted to the presence of an intruder through a mobile application reducing the need for extra security measures or presence at the premises all the time.

Project Objectives

• To Control Basic Home Appliances from remote Locations
• Automation of intruder detection at particular times.
• Minimization of costs for extra security measures.
• Minimization of energy consumption through automation (Water Levels, Air Conditioning, Lights)

The implementation of this project will be in the following phases

  • Connection of Microcontroller with the Internet.

• A model which will illustrate the detection of intruder in a designated area alerting the owner through the mobile application. The model will include the following:
  • A circuit with microcontroller.
  • Sensors connected to the circuit.
  • A wifi module to connect the circuit with the Internet.
