We use the technology of ModBus Communication 485 and this is the latest technology and in this we can monitor multiple system and we can easily communicate while monitoring and it is half duplex and we can overcome the cost of the project and make cost more less
Project ObjectivesWe would like to document those things which are used in Industrial Level machine monitoring and system monitoring that control the efficiency of cost and system design plc or scartor system that are used globally the main purpose of this project is to enhance the system and it’s not specified we can design this system easily.Some main objectives are as follow :
1) Price overcome or budget overcome
2) Design as a system requirement
3) It is complex system designing and it is adjust in low space
4) It is user friendly
Project Implementation MethodIt is unique in industry.The main focus of this project is to maintain the monitoring of the system and calculate the temperature while communicating through mod bus.We use wires to connect the master slave together and other wires goes to LCD to display.
We used the java platform and we use software for micro controller interfacing. Also the Mod Bus Pol is used to generate communication between devices or machines.
Benefits of the Project- Cost is being Decreased
- System enhance long range communication
- Multiple slave communicate with one master
- Less communication wiring and make data more secure and less chance to loss data
Wherever we install the system there are mechanical noises and electrical noises or frequency drives which effect or disturb the whole system and electromagnetic noises creates which more is affected to our system .Different unwanted noises are created which damages the system and long term communication also it’s generates error so for overcome this issue we use filters high-pass and low-pass vent pass combination by seeing the nosing affects or proper proud grounding solutions so if there is extra noise generated so it emit the noises.
Industries and farmer firms and steel mills and civil industry.Wherever the work of temperature IS required we can installed or use this machine.
