We have an idea of turning a simple lock into a Smart Locking system that a person will not face any imprisonment for keeping the physical keys with him. We will use Biometrics as well as a Mobile application for locking and unlocking the door. So a user doesn’t need to carry any kind of extra stuff for entering into his house. Moreover, it is an IOT based system that will allow a user to open his house from around the globe so, if someone came in front of the house that may have neither Authorized Biometric nor Mobile Controlling. he can just make a call to the authorized user and he would be able to open the door from anywhere around the globe. And additionally, it also keeps track or log of the incoming and outgoing of a person. Which will help to locate someone’s activity log throughout the month. And it also gets and saves the photo of every person who knocks at the door and generates a notification on the mobile phone.
Clear Statement of the Problem
Keeping the multiple keys for multiple Locks is always a difficult task for every person most of the time.
• Sometime keys got lost
• Sometime keys left inside the home
• A non-authorized person can use the keys by getting them from illegal means(theft)
• Breaking Traditional lock is much easier
• Making a copy of the key of a lock is not a difficult task nowadays
• If a lock has only one key & the keyholder goes away for some task and some home mate arrives to enter the house. He definitely has to wait for the key holder to arrive (might be hours)
• Un proper lock done and the door remains open over the night
• An elder person of the house wants to keep track of the routine activity of house members.
Today the world is moving toward feasibility as well as efficiency in doing something. It is a need of the hour to upgrade our routine interactive tools into Advancement. most of the customer Directly want to get a solution of following things as well as maintaining security measures

Due to Unique approaches, we have used like Biometrics and Data record maintenance and IoT implementation with a low-cost approach. Customers will definitely attract to our idea. And a very low maintenance setup
The main objective is to implement a non physical key concept for Unlocking any things.When maintaining the logs of coming and outgoing to determine the person's behaviour in some intants.
It could help users to improve their home security system. and also find assistance in unlocking their door.

The scrum methodology relies on the short term but, routine work “sprints” All of the project members perform high-paced, high-value project tasks, then work together to relay errors or modifications. Its main focus on regular inspection and rapid task turnarounds aim to produce quick project deliverables.
Specialized equipment required:
We will integrate our microcontroller with Mobile Application, SO we need a mobile phone.
Also, on the hardware side, we need a Fingerprint sensor and camera for the recognition of bio-metrics.

High-level Algorithm Details:
1. System Initialization
In this initial step, the system performs a full Format Cycle clearing its memory or boot its components to enter into the execution phase. Estimation Time (ET) is 600 milliseconds
2. Port Configuration
The micro-controller issues a full re-initialization of all INPUT and OUTPUT ports and thus resetting the state of the LEDs and BUZZERS, RELAYS. ET: 400ms
3. Internet network Connection:
In this phase, the Micro-controller attempts to connect to the Internet. Maintaining the given credentials of a home-based WIFI router. Here
the system goes in a loop until the connection is made. A red LED blinks in this case until the connection is made. ET:900ms
4. Main Loop
In the main loop, the main loop will be started .and all of the input and output processing will be done in this phase. the system waits for the Input data(either from finger hardware or Mobile application) and keeps the connection to the router alive. This is done for security reasons to keep the keys updated at all times.
5 Open Door Command
When the hardware connects to the internet, the command to the internet-based database will be sent. The Central Control checks the key validity and the identity of the sender. Operation from a mobile application: user will provide credentials to the mobile application AUTH. After verifying the identity user will ask to scan the authorized fingerprint and face recognition.
If the key validates, the system will unlock the door for 10 Seconds, allowing the person to enter. Then The door is then locked, and the server is alerted of this event.
6. Leaving Door Open
In the Scenario, when the door remains open for longer than 40 seconds, a buzzer will sound every 10 seconds. Also, the mobile notification will also be generated and issue a request every 2
minutes to alert all House members via Notifications,

In the event where the system fails to load, for any reason, a physical key can be used to open the door physically.

Security: This project provides high Security because of its biometric and face detection because both things are unique in individuals.
Pick proof: Criminals' methodology of breaking in or entrance are improving but the majority of criminals can pick an ordinary key lock. There for this system provide full proof security to the owner related to his property.
No More Key: You won't have to carry around a large number of keys and therefor there is not any chance to be lost or stolen. Also, if you have a property and you rent out that you don't have to give them keys or replace them if they lose them.
Easy Control: In an office building, you can control and restrict who goes into which part of the building. Also residents of apartments and flat, can control the entrance of their flats or apartments with biometric and observe the activity of person, it reduces the risk of anything getting stolen. It is too much easy to change the biometric whenever you like to change that.
Perfect for the elders or disabled persons: Some investment into a door lock system could bring great advantages to those persons of family who are unable to get to the door quickly and struggle with keys.
Power consumption: Low power consumption. if there is any power Failure it easily runs on ups or battery due to its low power consumption
Very low maintenance setup
Used commonly available component.
Locate Activity: We can easily locate the activity of some ones through the month and then analyze about that.

Q1: What will be the real Physical shape of Product/idea?
Ans: Our idea is a Hardware based as well as mobile application-based concept. So, a hardware setup will act as input/output and mobile application will be used to control/visualize that component.
Q2: What will the behaviour of product /idea?
Ans: The overall behaviour will be as “An input will be taken from attached sources like camera, mobile application etc. and this input will be set to an identical database with microcontroller at lock side. So after processing of the given input, microcontroller will process according to applied condition and unlock the lock
Q3: What will the Usability Testing Criteria of product /idea?
Ans: Usability Criteria will judge by end-user where the product is installed before final presentation
Q4: What will the presentation Technique of product /idea?
Ans: We will create a Physical model on which we install our Hardware equipment. And a demo video will also be shown in presentation
