The task "LisTra" is the "Transcript Generator" has an objective to make a text record out of video. Having an element to make an interpretation of it to the important language as the client needs and comprehend. Over the web, there are a large number of clients managing various structures/formats (for example videos, recordings, sounds, text and so on) of information and need to utilize it to make their work simple and reasonable. To make a piece of relatable work, individuals need to have the composed type of visual or discernible information as their everyday work (columnists, consultants, youtubers) or understudies who need to save their notes for additional learning. The most ideal path is to make Transcript. Individuals need to pay for this need or free parts are limitized to some feature(s).

This project is the fantasy of numerous individuals as it is free and includes a reason to tackle the issue of the people who can't hear or for the individuals of various dialects, so they can likewise understand what the video is talking about by perusing the content adaptation in their own language

Project Objectives

3. To help the people who need the transcription most but have to pay for it.
4. To make the live (real time) transcription more popular and available for all
5. Provide translation of work into multiple languages.
6. To provide ease of working through Multiplatform application.
7. Multiple export formats for multiple uses.

Project Implementation Method

The application “LisTra –Efficient Video to Text Generator” will take input from the user/client. Input can be in different formats i.e. audio, video or text. The input is taken by the application and the processed through transcription or translation algorithms. Audio files are the necessity for text transcript through speech to text APIs. If provided input format is a video file then it is driven through conversion process to make it audio. The files are then converted to the required output of text. The resultant text file can proceed for translation procedure where text can be converted into multiple languages or client further wants to use the feature of text to speech. User can then export their file to their local desktop or can store and save it with in the application (cloud storage).

1) Benefit to student:  

One most common and most used way of learning is internet. Many student visit different sites to study. Videos play important role in understanding or revising the earlier syllabus. While watching the video student makes note while pausing and continuing video all the time. This app gives them the relief of making notes as they have the text format of whatever they studied in video.

2) Benefit to the deaf:

The one who can’t hear but can read and want to come up with his/her other abilities by reading so the user can get to know what was said in the video. As all other listen to the audio and video, they can read them.

3) Benefit to the People with different dialects:

As many audios and videos platform are used worldwide, the content created in one language might not be understandable to the person unfamiliar with that language. They can easily translate to their language and take advantage of the source. 

4) Benefit to video content creators:

Video creators can easily include text and subtiltes to their video that is being said in that video. Multiple language captions or subtitles can be created. This technique can grab attention and increase traffic to the video.

requirement gathering document will be submited after requirement analysis module

ERD, DFD , Usecases diagrams , system block diagrams defining working of the system.

Coding phase comprises of different codes for different submodels of project collectively delivers final outcome as web application and mobile application.

 Database connection phase will deliver the database connectivity for both outcomes and will make interaction and storage of client details and work securly stored.

Project goes through the testing phase implemented by different test cases. Document will be the  deliverable containing test cases and their outcomes.

Report document to be submittted with all complete details of the project.
