LetsFind is a cross-platform AI based app to help people find their missing childern. It uses artificial intelliegnce and computing to identify faces in pictures and match with missing people database to help find missing people.

Project Objectives

Thousands of children goes missing evey month in different areas of world with little hope of recovery. Sometimes the child cannot describe his area or house details. There are a couple of case where parents found their children after couple of years. Thats why we came up with idea of creating a cross platfrom app to help people.

Project Implementation Method

Our project consists of different parts.

1. We collected children faces data from different schools to train our model for face recognition and face detection.

2. We create a tensorflow model on facenet to identify and detect child faces in images.

3. We create an react-native based application so that it could be accessible to every one everywhere in the world.

4. Then at final we used docker and kubereneter for implementation of our solution.

Working.

Someone uploads a pic of their missing children. 

If any other body finds a missing child, they upload pic as well. The our system uses face recognition to check in database, if any result matches, the app informs parents and that person as well.

Benefits of the Project

It uses AI to help people easily find missing child using Face recognition. People can upload child pic from home in easy way.

Final deliverable contains a cross-platform app and a system for backend with a GPU.
