• We will just ask the candidate to provide a detailed CV which will then be read (parsed) by our system and the relevant information will be extracted through NLP (Natural Language Processing).

Project Objectives

This project focuses on the issues that are faced by many organizations in their job selection and interview tests, We plan to solve this issue by using NLP (Natural Language Processing) to automate some of the processes that will save that organization its valued time. We will just ask the candidate to provide a detailed CV which will then be read (parsed) by our system and the relevant information will be extracted through NLP (Natural Language Processing). This in turn, will result in less information required to be typed in for providing good user experience. On the other hand the applications will be prioritized on the basis of required attributes defined by the hiring organization resulting in less time to sort out the suitable candidates. After the approval from the hiring organization our software will conduct a test, which will be relative to the technology that the candidate applied for, this test can also be customized by the hiring organization. After testing the candidates will be sorted from highest to lowest test scores, this helps the hiring organization in making quick decisions on hiring the right candidate.???????
