In this work an IOT based Smog & Weather Monitoring and Prediction System is proposed. This system can be utilized for monitoring smog of a particular area and to air quality analysis as well as forecasting the air quality & weather. Our system programmed to help you to monitor the percentage of smog in air and calculate weather temperature in the current environment. It benefit to people for seeing the serious impact of harmful dust and making something that can alert people. It is a portable device and easy to use everywhere
Project ObjectivesThe scope of IOT based system in science and in the world is largest and high. This project proposes a real time monitoring of smog & air pollution at various locations and zones in city. This IOT system designed measures pollution in real time at any desirable location and hence is cost effective when compared to the existing system of stationary monitoring. It also avoids the problem of inconsistent pollution value. The user interface helps the people to know the pollution level

Softwares:
Arduino IDE:
The Arduino Integrated Development Environment is a cross-platform application that is written in functions from C and C++. It is used to write and upload programs to Arduino compatible boards, but also, with the help of third-party cores, other vendor development boards.
C++ Programming Language:
C++ is a cross-platform language that can be used to create high-performance applications. C++ was an extension to the C language. C++ gives programmers a high level of control over system resources and memory.
Serial Monitor:
The serial monitor is the 'tether' between the computer and your Arduino - it lets you send and receive text messages, handy for debugging and also controlling the Arduino from a keyboard.
Hardwares:
ESP 32:
ESP 32 is a series of low-cost, low-power system on a chip micro controllers with integrated WiFi and dual-mode Bluetooth.
Dust Sensor:
Dust sensor that detects the dust particle concentration in air by using optical sensing method. The SMART dust sensor can detect the small particles like cigarette smoke and it can distinguish small particles like smoke from large house dust by pulse pattern of signal output.
Temperature Sensor:
A Temperature Sensor is an electronic device that measures the temperature of its environment and converts the input data into electronic data to record, monitor, or signal temperature changes.
Humidity Sensor:
A Humidity Sensor is a device that detects and measures water vapor. Based on our robust capacitive technology, these humidity sensors provide accurate measurement of dew point and absolute humidity by combining relative humidity (RH) and temperature (T) measurements.
OLED:
An OLED display works without a backlight because it emits visible light. Thus, it can display deep black levels and can be thinner and lighter than a liquid.
Jumping Wires:
Jumping Wires are simply wires that have connector pins at each end, allowing them to be used to connect two points to each other without soldering.
Jumper Wires are typically used with breadboards and other prototyping tools in order to make it easy to change a circuit as needed
Breadboard:
A Breadboard is a solder less device for temporary prototype with electronics and test circuit designs. Most electronic components in electronic circuits can be interconnected by inserting their leads or terminals into the holes and then making connections through wires where appropriate
. Soldering Iron:
A Soldering Iron is a hand tool used to heat solder, usually from an electrical supply at high temperatures above the melting point of the metal alloy. This allows for the solder to flow between the work pieces needing to be joined.
Benefits of the ProjectIt is obvious that those who work in a factory or plant will be far more at risk of inhalation of harmful chemicals and gases due to their prolonged exposure to emissions. Smog & Air pollution adds to the harmful condition that makes unfavorable impact on living things. It is one of the real concern for the entire world. Smog & Air pollution is a worldwide issue including international organizations, governments, and the mass media. Any utilization of natural assets at a higher rate than the nature's ability to reestablish itself can bring about contamination of plants, air, and water. Other than human exercises, there are a couple of intermittent characteristic cycles that additionally result in release of risky stuff. Beside human made activities natural disaster such as volcanic eruption may result in the contamination of air. It would be easy we can detect weather and smog with the help of this dedicated machine.
Technical Details of Final Deliverablemog & Air Pollutants in urban areas is a major issue in developed cities due to significant impacts of air pollution on public health, global environment and the whole worldwide economy. The proposed work on an Smog & Air Pollutants monitoring and prediction system is enables us to monitor air quality with the help IOT device. The system utilizes air sensors to detect and transmit this data to micro-controller. Then the micro-controller stores the data into the web server. For predicting the LSTM is implemented. It has a quick convergence and reduces the training cycles with a good accuracy.
