I am working on the digital circuit breaker and general wiring selection system..that was a big problems facing by lower domestic areas ..this system give a complete authority to user set his every room or every portion by their suitable current limits…at that parallel end this system completely protect appliance by high or low voltages..this system is generally use in offices, homes and some like others.
Project Objectives- Replace circuit breakers with mechanical relay.
- Complete system monitored by raspberry pi.
- Set or reset options in gui interface.
- Intelligent wiring control systems.
- Connected systems must be protected by low and high voltages and fluctuations..
in this system circuit breaker replace by mechanical relay to allow a different load conducts thorough it.
system comunicate with their other devices by the help of microcontroller.
system have ability to select a different types of modes uses in wiring systems.
using a differet types of current coils and current transformers to measure a current and communicate their respective microcontroller and master systems.
Benefits of the ProjectIn this system all the main circuit breakers are completely protected,and under the control by master system called RASPBERY PI or MICROCONTROLLER.This system is completely protected from direct 220 volts mains and specially designed to reduce cost and time. IOT or internet of things is an upcoming technology that allows us to control hardware devices through the internet. Here we propose to use IOT in order to control different portions of some specific areas.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable1) raspberry pi as (master monitoring system)
2) Arduino mega or atmega328p as systems communicators.
3) current transformers( for sensing current of different load.
4) LCD for GUI for menu setting.
5) Coils for sensing analog voltages.
