In this Project of PLC trainer students learns how to make program for controlling of machines, in this project students learn a lots of techniques for controlling electrical equipment like how to control analog and digital signals, controlling VFD for induction motor. clear concept of controlling servo drive for servo motor. How to Human Machine Interface (HMI) interfacing with PLC. This project is complete workstation with computer for programming 

Some project we review that these are not a complete workstation and build for a special purpose but this project is not for special purpose student done maximum practicals on this workstation and they can achieve all of answers of their questions and clear all confusions about PLC and other mentioned components

Project Objectives

The main objective is to achieve the goal of learning what we learn in past years or provide the outcome of our education in form of a project this gives the new comers the motivation to improve what was done in past by their fellow student it’s a project of educational goal to practically provide the idea of how works PLC how to interface HMI, VFD, SEVRO DRIVE, analog and digital sensors and how we use PLC for our work 

Project Implementation Method

We are divided Implementatoin method into five phases

Phase-1

Arrange all materials that required in this project in bearable amount.

Phase-2

Make structure for the Project and place all items on it and wiring.

Phase-3

Make program for PLC and HMI and interface all devices together and make a Samples of all methods that will be perform on project

Phase-4

Make project manual (wiring diagram, ladder diagram, interfacing methods)

Phase-5

Finally test project and resolve problem if accord

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit of this project after learns from this project Insha’Allah student will be a specialist in the field of PLC programming

Clear the concept of VFD's controlling wiring controlling parameters and all confusions about VFD

Clear the concept of Servo Drive's controlling wiring controlling parameters

Student will learn about rotary encoder incremental and absolute type and wiring, using and interfacing with PLC and how works encoder

Student learn HMI programming, Interfacing etc.
