Project Area of Specialization Computer ScienceProject SummaryThis project is aimed at developing a web-based HR Recruitment System to minimize human conversational abilities during the recruiting process. Earlier recruitment was done manually which is so time consuming. This system has been designed to do a lot more than reduce paperwork. The system has a web-forms like registration form login form and account pages like user applicant page, admin account page etc. The system includes following main modules Admin and Candidate. An admin who is the manager has full authority over the whole system. The admin is able to update and retrieve data from the account of candidate. A person (Candidate) who is willing to apply for a job can register themselves online and can view organization requirement and apply for the suitable job. The candidate has to register himself to use the services of the system. The system has facilities where prospective candidates can upload their CV'S and apply for jobs suited to them. To hire the right employees. The system needs following step to determine the best possible fit for the job IE Review job applications, Test candidates, Interview selected candidates, choose candidates based on per-determined selection criteria, Perform background and reference checks. After checking all the steps system shows the list of the selected candidate to Admin. The system also has a chat-bot for live interview with manager.
Project ObjectivesThe recruitment process revolves around receiving a job order, sourcingtop-notchcandidates, screeningapplicants, bringing them to your clients, extending a job offer, and successfully placing a candidate.
Our project will mainly focus on the following objectives:
Develop a system that automatically reduce time for hiring process.
- Build a system that guaranteed to show Result for best candidates.
- Fairly Candidates Hiring.
We will design web-app for Admin and users, to:Super admin can create, view, update and delete the co-admin accounts details.
- Admin can sign up for their accounts.
- Admin can sign in with their unique credentials.
- Upon successful logging-in, they will see complete admin dashboard there.
- Admin can add, edit and delete all the Job details, add as many Job’ details for the Candidates and Admin can also buy the design test templates from system for candidates.
- Users can sign up for their profile accounts After Examined their CV.
- Users can sign in with their unique credentials which is send to their emails.
- Upon successful logging-in, they will see complete users’ dashboard there.
- Users can take test which are designed by the organizations.
- Users have an option to give test whenever they want under the time circumstances.
- Super admins can add, edit, view Organizations
- super admins generate a unique id for each organization and guide them to use that id for candidates to apply for the selected organization.
- Super admins can create, edit, update test templates for organization
Recruitment management system is a comprehensive system to manage the entire recruitment processes of an organization. It facilitates the information flow of a company within HR departments. Just like performance management, payroll and other systems, Recruitment management system helps to contour the recruitment processes and effectively managing recruitment.
