A chat system in which a disable person can communicate with normal person .We will provide signs( approximately 100) that will have keywords behind them.Basically it will provide a platform to communicate between a person with no disabilities and person with disabilities.

People that are not educated enough to communicate with handicap person or a handicap person that does not know other languages other than sign language will have a platform to communicate with each other without any language barriers. There is no previously made app that allows communication between normal to handicap person or vice versa.

Project Objectives

The main objective is to provide a world with such application which is useful and helpful and which will eliminate all the language barriers that people have while chatting with disable people or special/handicap people have while transferring their message to a person like us.

Project Implementation Method

We will first create some user interface layouts and learn sign language simultaneously then we will make approximately 100 signs keyboard.

Behind each sign we will use keywords which will form a sentence upon sending message to a normal person by a handicap person.

We will create four options:

• Sign to Sign
• Sign to Text
• Text to Sign
• Text to Text

When user selects one option from above a chat window will be displayed which will have a keyboard that will function accordind to the choice they have made before.

We will maintain database in which user's login and signup information will be stored and will need servers as this application is internet based. 

We will be needing devices to run our application on it.

Benefits of the Project

As world is changing and has became a global village and all credits goes to new technology that has improvised our life so much.As in community communication is key to make people understand us.There are so many special people who are deaf and dum ,who cannot understand the language that we speak ,they only know signs to communicate with other person.Most of our population do not know sign language and they donot know that how should they convey their message to those special people so an interpretyer is must to translate their message to each other.

By this application every person will be independent and will be free to talk to each other regarding any language barriers.

This will provide a platform for communication between handicap and person like us who don't know sign language.

3. Firebase

We will implent it :
