Project Summary

Muslims who live in Non-Muslim countries are unable to learn Quran with proper pronunciation in their local areas and due to this pandemic COVID-19 situation, it’s getting hard even for those Muslims who live in Muslim countries to learn Quran. There are huge Muslim communities in Australia, the USA, United Kingdom, etc which are not able to go to the Mosque and learn Quran with the correct pronunciation.

So, I am going to build an online Quran Learning platform which agenda is to deliver the best guidance of Quran reading with the proper rules of the Quran. Students can do live classes with the teacher and can get online study materials so that they can learn faster within a convenient environment and after that, there is no need to use third party applications.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this purpose project is to

• Design a Hafiz Academy based on web and android application to get rid of third-party applications.

• Provide complete online learning management system to manage all the classes.
• Convert manual invoice system into fully automated
• Manage all the users (Teachers, students, parents and the relationship between them)
• Should be user-friendly to everyone that even 6-year-old can use the Online learning management system

Project Implementation Method

Extreme Programming will be used in the development of this proposed project.

Discover more requirements for building Hafiz Academy by taking surveys from teachers, existing students, and their parents.

In this phase, I will design Database ER Models and User interface of Hafiz Academy.

Steps are followed in this phase are

• Develop front-end Web application
• Build database design
• Integrate the front-end with the database by building the back-end.
• Build Android Application

Benefits of the Project

Hafiz Academy platform will consist of Web app as well as Android app. If someone does not have a computer or laptop he can learn from his smartphone. Admin can manage all the classes and users as well as the invoices and online payment status. He can send a direct message to all teachers to convey any information about the academy and the new updated policy. When class start student will automatically get a reminder SMS and can join the class from the web app or Android app. After the class, if the teacher wants to give any useful link student can access it directly in his dashboard.
