And send the signal to owner though GSM. And can be controlled by cell phone.
Project ObjectivesThis project is intended to inspect the health of the electrical machines. Condition monitoring and fault detection in electrical machines are usually regarded as the methods to predict the failure before time so that timely repair and maintenance has been performed to save the machine and keep the production running. To monitor the electrical machines, one has to focus on the different types of faults that normally occur in these machines. It can save a worker or Officer time. This circuit automatically sends data to the mobile with GSM.
Project Implementation MethodHardware
•The circuit is analyzed properly with all its module ratings theoretically.
•The main components of the circuit are
oA microcontroller
oCurrent sensor
oVibration sensor
oTemperature sensor
Voltage sensor
oGSM
oLCD display.
•The microcontroller will be connected with the vibration sensor, current sensor and Thermocouple.
•The microcontroller will take analog data from these sensors and send this data on GSM.
•The display will show the status of the sensors.
•In addition to that, the Wi-Fi module is connected to the circuit.
ØSoftware
•This project will also be implemented in Proteus software to check for different problems related to the project.
Benefits of the ProjectPROJECT SCOPE
This project is very useful because condition monitoring and fault detection in electrical machines are usually regarded as the methods to predict the failure before time so that timely repair and maintenance has been performed to save the machine and keep the production running. Even a good motor with normal load and lubricated properly can fail just because of material fatigue after running for a certain period of time.
