n this android application, a cycle can be rented or borrowed from a location and returned to the location. In this application there are three modules namely, Admin, User and Cycle. Admin can login using credentials. They can manage cycle stops by adding name and map pointing. Admin can also manage bikes by adding, updating and deleting new bikes, they can view bikes and their current locations. Admin can view ride history and details. They can also view user details as well. User can register and login using credentials. User can edit their profile and change their passwords. User can also check current rides; they can book cycle. User can view cycle list and book. They can also check pickup details. User can check on going, Previous and booking details of rides. They can search for drop stations and drop the cycle and finish ride. Cycle can login using credentials. They will send location updates.

Project Objectives

The aim of this project is to develop an android-based rental bicycle application. This application intends to keep detail records of the admins, bicycles and the bicyclists, the duration they rent a bicycle as well as the type of bicycle they rent. A system will offer membership offer (RS 3000/MONTH to the bicyclist and user can renew membership offer whenever required. There shall be dedicated points (bicycles stops) from which user can pick and drop the cycle. Each bicycle shall be assigned unique identity that can be identified through QR code. The admin will have access of every user and bicycle record. This application will be developed in Java technology by using Android studio. Technical Details of Final Deliverable

qThe system must display an interface to user to view bicycle stops along with bicycle details. User selects the bicycle and system displays a timer for user to reach bicycle stop

The system must display an interface to the user to scan QR code of a bicycle. System, based on successful scan, assigns the bicycle to the user and ride starts

The system must display an interface to the user view nearest drop off location and drop the bicycle.

The system must display an interface to the user to manage user details such as updating password, email, phone number and other details
