"Gari on Dehari" is a platform of renting a vehicle for your trip, tours, events or for your daily travelling activities. Many people can't afford to go to family trips due to the lack of proper transportation facilities. So vehicle rental platform will facilitates them in renting a perfect  vehicle for their family according to their budget, schedule and capacity.

"Gari on Dehari" is a multiplatform system that connects showroom owners to the people who need cars. This system will facilitate people to rent a car at lower price than the traditional car rentals and maximize people savings.

Most of the car rentals find it very difficult, when it come to the automation of vehicle booking and rental pricing  especially when they change the pricing or offer any deal. Manual booking management is very difficult and out of reach from majority of customers. Our "Gari on Dehari" platform can be accessed from customers regardless of their locations and make it easy to offer new deals, managing prices and monitoring the performance and service quality of the showrooms owners.

Project Objectives

The main objectives of this car rental system are:

• To search the nearby car rental showrooms and to rent a suitable vehicle.

• To manage the details of vehicle, Payment, Customer, Supplier. The purpose of this system is to build an application program to reduce the manual work.
• To analyze user needs and requirements and provides them the best matching vehicle.
• To overcome the gap between availability of perfect vehicle and user.

We will use Agile Software Development Model to build our project which includes:

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The system will allow for customers to view vehicles currently for rent either by browsing or searching directly. The customer can register to save any information they may input during the payment/checkout process or they can log in to use any previous information they provided with the company already.

The software that the company employees will use will be a user interface to view, edit and modify the customer information, customer requests, payments, and vehicle information. There will be a notice section for the employee to be notified in real-time of any recent purchases and whether they need immediate action. They employee will also have the ability to search customer and vehicle information as well as print out any reports that may be necessary.
