All the existing apps for employees tracking are live tracking or based on computer screen recording for this internet availability is essential all the time.
But in this project a mobile based app have a dashboard to store all the data of employees where all entry and schedules of employees are saved. Another feature is time stamp system for which supplier will only need internet for short time to ensure the delivery of goods at given time. The administrator will already have the information of his employees about the destination of the suppliers.
The time stamp is the most important feature in this project. The time stamp is like a submit button which will only be enabled when the employee is in the required distance like 100m etc. and for this employee doesn't need internet all the time. It will help the organizations which are based on delevering goods in the market to have a good check on their employees about how they are delevering and when they are reaching their destination as with submit button the the admin will know the time on which the employee delivered the goods.
This is a software development based project. We developed a website and mobile application for the tracking of industrial employees to track the performance of employees in delevering industrial goods. At first, we have a dashboard for the admin to check and balance the employees. We have different sections on the dashboard like tasks, employees list, vehicles etc. Admin assigns the tasks on a daily base schedule. Database created for the active employees and assign the task daily.
Then we have a mobile application for employees. With the help of APIs, we connected both projects. The app is integrated with a website that sends signals in real-time and based on those signals app will tell about the location in real-time that from where the signal is generated and admin will know where the fleet is going. In the mobile application, we have different widgets like task assign, pending tasks, all tasks etc and the most important thing is timestamp which will be activated only when the employees reached the required distance mentioned for the destination. When the employee click on this submit button the admin sure that the task has been submitted and the status updated on the dashboard of that particular task.
