This project is the part of electronic engineering in which new sensor will be fabricated for improved results. The fabrication process will contain of various steps to reach the final results and achievements. The first step will be obtaining the necessary equipments and  chemicals for first step of fabrication. Various types of equipments and chemicals will be acquired to start the fabrication process. The fabrication process is again of different steps which will be cleaning, etching, anodization of two steps and growth of ZnO. After these steps, the next step will be converting the sample into a sensor for which gold deposition with vaccume champer will be required to provide electrical conductivity. After the sensor is ready, its electrical analysis will be made which will lead us to the next step of fabrication or optimization. After the processes of optimization, finally an improved state to the art sensor will be ready varified by the electrical analysis. However, the structural analysis will be made later with help of SEM and TEM etc. Optimization of the sensor will also be made with different structures and materials. The different structures and materials analysis will lead us to fabricate the final sensor capable of different sensing abilities which will be with good results and low cost. This project will prove very important rule in developing interest of different students towards the electronic engineering. Which will result into mature work of the students in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. The development and positive results of this project will not only provide a key information and succes only to the field of electronics engineering but also other fields requiring the sensor application. This project will not only give achievements and learning to the electrical engineering but also positively affect other fields with applications of the fabricated sensor with optimum performance.

Project Implementation Method

This project will be implanted successfully with robotics as sensors play a vital rule in robotics.

The sensor will also be implanted in the enviornmental science as it could sense the enviornmental changes.

The project will also be implanted with high security alarm systems with its sensing applications.

The project could also be utilized in different gadgets and electrical devices requiring sensing applications such as mobile, ipad etc.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The sensor fabrication will be through chemical growth process.

The growth will also include some electrical components for electrical conductivity such as gold deposition.

Electrical analysis will guide us to the selection of  better sensor structure and optimum response of sensor.

The sensor can have very large applications in different fields such as robotics, electronics, etc.
