Project Summary

In ceremonies we have to do everything manual that consumes our time and time is
everything, in this digital world we have to go and visit every hall and book and just not
that we have to visit to every catering system and photographer and everything that we do
manually in our ceremonies, we have though to build a project that would be helpful to the
people during the time of ceremonies as people are too busy during this time period so we
have given a thought that people would find themselves easy and relieved and would have
no worries about bookings and everything during the time of marriages or any function, as
we will provide them online each and everything.

Project Objectives

We are making EZ ceremonies in order to manage all things digitally and it would be
easy to handle also so our first objective here is to make things digital so that everyone
can make the most of it and everyone make his/her work easier. We are here to ease
everyone, we want everyone to use our site and make their time value able and we want
them to be tension free from these particular work and give time to themselves and enjoy
those moments rather than being in tension of every other work that could be done online
with the help of EZ ceremonies.

Project Implementation Method

We will use My SQL to create database and PHP for backend connect the database with
the help of PHP and then we will use html, CSS, JavaScript to create frontend and we
will create API’s in order to give a proper interaction with users to share the data and it is
also helpful for giving interface to the different platforms. We will cover all above areas
using Agile methodology as it adapts change quickly and we want to make a unique and
effective
project.

Benefits of the Project

our project would be very helpful while arranging marriages and it can be helpfulfrom booking a hall to rent a car
and then catering system and everything. Many of us still have to go and check each and
every ceremony hall and chose best of them and it takes so much time even a day or may
be more than that and that is not done yet we have to take other services such as catering,
renting a car, photographer and everything in our ceremonies which is necessary, In this
project we have added features such as booking a hall as we waste too much time while
booking the hall and renting a car now a days rent a car is not a problem but in this we will
provide a car which will be decorated those cars usually take place in marriage ceremonies,
and we have added photographers in this feature we will have photographer for hire and
can be a part of ceremonies in order to take photos of particular ceremony.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We will create different users such as user who consumes the services and then there will
be another user who will be owner who possesses the halls or banquets and will add their
own halls because if we add halls manually then it will be time taking and we have to
visit each and every hall and check the qualities of that hall so it would be time taking
and then the halls keeps on changing and we have to add those changing by ourselves so
it’s better owner takes the responsibility and best describes his property and we will
create some admins those will handle the things, we will add some services for the user
such as booking the hall we will give rights to the owner and he then will be adding halls
those will be booked by users and we have added photographers which will be there and
catering services and car services in this we have thought of decorated cars otherwise
there are many car booking services out there.
