To make android application for venues, parlorsand for customers where customers can easily see lawn, banquet and parlor by checking availability, budget, range, time within one click or just in one visit y seeng profiles of vendors.The main purpose of this project is to create direct communication path for vendors and customers as we all know the moment of any event is a moment of happiness though when people face problems, they start getting exhausted which creates panic and it causes event to go wrong! We want to save their precious time by providing them platform where being at home customers can peacefully visits venues/parlors without facing any hurdles. All we want is to make their event stress less.We will provide a platform where there will be direct communication for customers and venders. Vendors will upload trustworthy information because of the reviews options so they will focus on quality to gain customer value. Moreover, it will be beneficial for them as it will be easy for them to communicate with customers. Customer can decide  their venues and parlor by checking reviews and if they face any negative or positive experience, they can give feedback.It’s all about true reviews from the people, which basically end up saving your precious time.

Project Objectives

As we want to do business, in future we will launch this product in market for business purpose and will update more functionalities such as we will add options of event organizers, Dresses for Rent and photographers. where event organizers, photographers, Dresses Renters will be able to communicate with customers and customer will be able to deal with the best ones in addition to that Renters will be able to rent dresses for marriage or for any event. Customer will also be able to rent their own dresses too. It will be beneficial for both vendors and customers because for vendors they will get customers and can satisfy their customers by giving answer to the customers queries and for customers it will give them comfort and will save their most precious time as being at home they can decide easily within a click or just in one visit. All we want is to make their event stress less.As a part of project, we will deliver a product where vendors and customer can directly communicate moreover customer can easily decide within click or just in one visit by check availability, time, no. of seats(capacity) and budget of venues (Lawns, Banquet) and parlor. In addition to that, customer can also comment and report vendors. Furthermore, vendors can upload posts (images or videos) and can upload timings, budget, range as well as vendors can also report customers. Admin, Vendors, Customer can see booked and active booking history.

The project implemetation depend on the following as follows:

Benefits of the Project

Our goal is to make android application which will have different categories and users. As we see that whenever we want to organize any event, we need place for that event as we all know the moment of any event is a moment of happiness and is big responsibility for those who are willing to organize their event. To decide place according to their event becomes very stressful. To release their stress, we are providing the platform where there will be direct communication path between vendors and customer. For any event there are many other things which are required such as photographers and salons. To decide any place for any event, patrol expenses is faced, and it is too time consuming, our purpose is to give them ease and comfort by giving them direct communication platform.

The main aim of this project is to create a desperate contact route for suppliers and consumers, because we all know that any moment of event is a time of joy, but when people face problems, they tend to get out of trouble and the event goes horribly wrong! Through creating a channel for customers to happily select venues/salon without meeting any barriers, we want to save their valuable time and effort. We just want to reduce burden for their events.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our project is divided into two parts that is Front end and Backend. First, we will work on front end then we will cover backend. In our project PHP framework is used for web portals to manage application. Android 5.0(Lollipop) will be used since it occupies the systems of 94.1% of devices and to target the maximum audience. Web portal is used to manage things from admin side.

Our deliverable product is to provide direct communication path between vendors and customers. Three users can login as customer, vendors and admin. Customer can decide salons and can see profile of vendors venues/ photographers. Customer can search by budget and location.  Customer can give reviews and can report vendors. Customer can add vendors into Wishlist. Vendors can upload photos and videos and can report customer. Admin has right to control vendors and customer.
