In this Final Year Project (FYP) we are basically aiming to develop an application which will comprise of both Android App and Web Application named as “Event Diaries” which will help people all around the country stay connected on one particular platform so that all the things one should have on their event should be available on one app. For e.g. catering service, decoration service, Banquet and Lawn service, car service etc.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this application will be letting users arrange any sort of event using a single app. Every client can arrange their events with the help of communicating with different types of services i.e. Catering Service , Decoration Service and so on other and help them to achieve a certain goal and to design an application where everything which are basically the need of an event must be provided in one app as it would save their time and everything will be on touch.

1. Methodology

The main idea behind the project is to design an application that will allow the clients to arrange the events without any hurdles and they will be allowed to select reasonable services for their events according to their budget by  service providers who will be providing their services along their details , pictures and costs and so on.

Benefits of the Project

The scope of this project is develop an app whose basic concern is to save people valuable time. As in this current era life has become so fast that all we wanted is that things should be done within a minutes. To elaborate this for instance we are having an event and there we will be needing a banquet service, Food Service and so on and therefore we will go one by one look for these services check their costs and environment, etc but with the help of this all this will be provided on one touch and people can easily arrange their respective events according to their types because in near future time will be most precious thing on earth and everyone want to save it and our idea is really suits this situation.
